What you will do

• Perform QA/QC work by checking the accuracy of designers, drafters, and engineers.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior level engineers and designers in physical design.
• Review detailed physical engineering for electrical substations and BESS facilities, including multi-disciplinary coordination.
• Prepare technical calculations, models, cost estimates, budget reports, and proposals for complex projects.
• Manage deliverables and deadlines to ensure compliance with client specifications and required codes.
• Conduct occasional field inspections and construction supervision services as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of relevant engineering or field experience.
• Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, MathCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• FE or PE licensure is preferred.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
