TL;DR
Principal Product Designer (AI): Owning end-to-end design for high-impact product areas in AI-powered customer service tools with an accent on interaction patterns, visual design, and pixel-perfect execution. Hybrid in Berlin, Germany (office at least 3 days per week).

What you will do
- Own end-to-end design for high-impact product areas from concept to execution.
- Define new interaction patterns and design paradigms for Fin and AI tools.
- Sketch, prototype, and test ideas across fidelities to validate decisions.
- Collaborate with engineers and PMs to solve problems and deliver solutions quickly.
- Maintain high craft standards while balancing speed.
- Contribute to design culture through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Shipped complex, high-quality software products.
- Design for multiple surfaces: desktop, mobile, chat interfaces, AI experiences.
- Balance speed and detail with end-to-end systems thinking.
- Understand engineering; build prototypes (Framer, Figma, code).
- Demonstrate taste, storytelling, agency, and autonomy.
