What you will do

• Own the full design process from early research to final shipped pixels.
• Maintain design coherence across multiple products within the .NET ecosystem.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to shape product direction.
• Conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, and design validation.
• Build organized Figma files and complex prototypes to communicate intent.
• Contribute to the design system and pattern documentation.

Requirements

• Strong product design craft with high attention to detail.
• Fluency in Figma and experience with complex interaction prototyping.
• Ability to navigate and learn complex technical domains quickly.
• Systems thinking to ensure coherence across multiple products.
• Capability to run user interviews and synthesize findings into design decisions.
• Basic coding literacy (understanding concepts like breakpoints and build failures).

• Developer background or an engineering mindset.
• Experience designing developer tools or complex professional software.
