What you will do

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and continuous evolution of the design system to ensure long-term value.
• Design, build, and maintain reusable components, patterns, and comprehensive documentation.

• Drive design system adoption across the organization through advocacy, training, and support.
• Deliver end-to-end product features, from initial research to high-fidelity execution.
• Explore and integrate AI tools and methodologies to innovate design processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design, specifically building and scaling design systems.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both design systems and user-centered design.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.
• Proven track record of collaborating with engineering on component-based architectures.
• Ability to define vision and lead change within cross-functional teams.
• Must be a resident of Germany.
