Location: Hybrid in Munich, Germany (in-office > 4 days/week)

What you will do

• Own product work end-to-end, from user flows to high-fidelity screens and prototypes for features shipping to paying customers.
• Design interaction patterns for AI agent capabilities, focusing on how agents surface work and how humans review and trust output.
• Build rapid prototypes using Figma, code, and AI tools to communicate ideas efficiently.
• Collaborate with engineering to polish interactions and ensure high visual and interaction quality before shipping.
• Contribute to the overall visual bar and design system as the product scales.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of product design experience (internships included) with a portfolio of shipped work, preferably in B2B or data-heavy products.
• Strong instincts for visual and interaction design and ability to adhere to design system guidelines.
• Active use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, v0, Figma Make) in your daily design and research workflow.
• Systemic thinking and the ability to operate effectively within ambiguity.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Munich office (attendance > 4 days/week).

Nice to have

• Experience prototyping in code using HTML, CSS, and React.
• Experience designing for non-technical users in complex industrial or professional domains.
• Strong opinions on AI UX patterns beyond simple chat interfaces.
