What you will do

• Advise sales on complex deal structures, pricing models, and contractual terms.
• Manage end-to-end quote-to-order process, including creating, reviewing, and approving quotes and contracts.
• Handle non-standard deal requests and escalations, guiding sales through approvals and processes.
• Build and maintain Deal Desk playbooks and training materials.
• Validate pricing strategies, ensure contract compliance with policies and legal requirements.
• Leverage CRM tools like Salesforce to track deals, manage progress, generate reports, and maintain data integrity in CPQ workflows and SKU creation.
• Identify workflow improvements and train sales teams on best practices.

Requirements

• U.S. based (remote).
• 1–3 years in Sales Operations, Finance, or Deal Desk.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce, CPQ tools (e.g., Salesforce CPQ), and contract management systems.
• SaaS, technology, or software industry experience in operational or data analyst role preferred.
• Analytical skills, critical thinking, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure.
