Deal Desk Manager

Deal Desk Manager: Support the Sales organization by managing quote creation, pricing validation, and approval workflows with an accent on operational execution, process discipline, and Salesforce/CPQ automation. Focus on ensuring transactional accuracy, accelerating time-to-quote, protecting pricing integrity, and collaborating with sales, legal, finance, and engineering teams.

Location: U.S. (Remote). Requires compliance with FBI CJIS Security Policy, including fingerprint-based background check and security clearances.

What you will do

• Serve as primary resource for quote and order form creation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify non-standard deal terms and escalate to Finance or Legal per approval matrix.
• Support Sales with pricing proposals adhering to guidelines and discount policies.
• Collaborate across sales, legal, accounting, and services to deliver compliant contracts and order forms.
• Manage Deal Desk workflows, optimize processes, and perform Salesforce data enrichment and cleansing.
• Conduct UAT for sales technologies, generate operational reports on quote volume and turnaround times.

Requirements

• 5-7 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, or CPQ administration
• Working knowledge of sales practices, pricing structures, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Must pass FBI CJIS background check and maintain security clearances
