What you will do

  • Manage the full deal lifecycle, providing end-to-end quote-to-signature support for global Account Executives.
  • Create quotes, handle pricing approvals, and generate order forms to ensure efficient opportunity closure.
  • Optimize and maintain CPQ and CLM systems, including Ironclad, to scale with business growth.
  • Ensure high data integrity within Salesforce and implement automation to streamline workflows.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to align on deal execution and compliance.
  • Build and document scalable Deal Desk operations for international expansion.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.
  • Experience in Deal Desk or Sales Operations roles.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and CPQ/CLM tools (e.g., Ironclad).
  • Ability to manage complex pricing structures and non-standard deal terms.
  • Strong coordination skills to remove friction across the deal cycle.
