What you will do

• Lead advanced BIM execution by directing modeling strategy, resolving complex coordination challenges, and ensuring model alignment across disciplines.
• Drive BIM coordination cycles, clash detection, and documentation to produce accurate, constructible deliverables.
• Coach and mentor Designers and Senior BIM Specialists I through guidance on Revit, workflows, and best practices.
• Refine hirify.global BIM standards, templates, tools, and contribute to R&D for firmwide production improvements.
• Collaborate with engineers, Production Leads, and teams to validate design intent and maintain project momentum.
• Support site walks, field verification, and pursuits as needed to enhance model accuracy.

Requirements

• Associate Degree or Technical Certificate in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years AEC experience with expert Revit proficiency, BIM workflows, and complex project delivery.
• Advanced skills in Navisworks; familiarity with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Asana, GitHub.
• Strong organizational, communication, and cross-discipline coordination skills.
• Ability to lead multi-discipline projects, manage model setup, health, and documentation quality.
• Understanding of building systems interactions and modeling impacts on engineering and construction.

Nice to have

• Experience leading BIM coordination, developing standards, or technology system layouts (telecom/ICT, AV, security).
• Industry certifications: Autodesk Certified Professional, CDT, CTS, RCDD, PSP/CPP.
• Contributions to BIM standards, templates, libraries, or automation tools.
