What you will do

• Manage complex BIM technical assignments and provide guidance on BIM software, modeling standards, and project coordination.
• Coordinate with design teams, lead stakeholder presentations, and facilitate interdisciplinary meetings to resolve design conflicts.
• Monitor production quality, verify deliverables against standards, and participate in process improvements.
• Support training through workshops, maintain training resources, and stay current with industry trends.
• Assist in project execution plans, resource allocation, and closeout activities including archiving models.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related work experience in BIM/CAD for engineering projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk tools (Revit, Civil 3D, Forma) and Navisworks for municipal water/wastewater systems.
• Ability to complete pre-employment checks including background, drug screen, and motor vehicle records.
• No relocation or visa sponsorship available.

• Diploma, Certificate, or Associate Degree in Drafting or Engineering Design Technology.
