What you will do

• Lead BIM efforts for Mission Critical projects, ensuring successful execution from start to finish.
• Prepare and distribute BIM Project Execution Plans (PEP) and oversee all required BIM setup activities.
• Transform concepts, sketches, and samples into accurate 3D BIM models and working drawings.
• Mentor and develop BIM professionals and oversee day-to-day activities of project BIM Technicians.
• Coordinate project milestones, perform peer reviews/QC, and manage subconsultants.
• Utilize virtual review tools and facilitate BIM presentations for internal and external clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 11 years of related work experience.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting or Engineering Technology.
• Proficiency in BIM authoring applications such as Revit, Civil 3D, or Infraworks.
• Familiarity with clash detection processes and proficiency in tools like Navisworks.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage BIM aspects for multiple projects.
• Ability to complete pre-employment background checks, drug screens, and motor vehicle records search.

• Business administration skills, including understanding of business strategy and financial terminology.
• Willingness to travel occasionally between offices (up to 20%).
