What you will do

• Define product vision and roadmaps for GenAI/LLM solutions (GPT-4, Claude, Llama, Gemini), RAG, and Agentic AI; own end-to-end lifecycle aligned with business KPIs.
• Lead large-scale data migrations across AWS, Azure, GCP; oversee pipelines, transformation, governance, APIs, quality, security, and compliance.
• Drive Agile processes, backlog grooming, sprint planning; break down features into releases while balancing technical debt.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, data scientists, UX teams; translate technical solutions into business value via workshops and validation.
• Define success metrics, analytics; drive improvements, root-cause analysis, adoption, and change management.

Requirements

• Advanced English and German language skills
• 5–7+ years in product management (0→1 and scaling)
• 3–5+ years with AI/ML, GenAI, or data platforms
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience; client-facing/consulting environment
• GenAI: prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector DBs; Agentic AI: LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI
• Data: ETL/ELT, modeling, migration; Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery); MLOps, deployment, observability
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, Figma, Tableau/Power BI, Git; design thinking, data-driven decisions, communication

Nice to have

• Consulting or client-facing product experience; software development background
• Domain expertise in financial services, healthcare, retail, or manufacturing
• Certifications: CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, AWS/Azure/GCP Cloud Practitioner
