Lead Technical Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end project management for AI platform features and integrations.
• Define and maintain project plans, milestones, resource allocations, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate between AI Engineering, Product, Legal Engineering, and Design teams to unblock dependencies.
• Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve risks before they impact delivery quality.
• Communicate project status and trade-offs clearly to technical teams and senior leadership.
• Actively contribute to prototyping new product features using Figma and Cursor/Claude Code.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex IT or technology projects in a product-led or AI-adjacent environment.
• Strong command of project management methodologies and pragmatic application.
• Experience with modern collaboration tooling such as Jira, Notion, or Confluence.
• Track record of resolving blockers in fast-paced, cross-functional settings.
• English: Excellent communication skills required.
• Location: Must be based in Berlin or able to work in a hybrid setup (8 days/month in office).

Nice to have

• Fluency in German.
• Educational background in Computer Science and/or Law.
