TL;DR

Vice President Human Resources (International): Provide HR leadership to CNBC International and hirify.global International businesses predominately within EMEA and APAC with an accent on employee relations, organizational effectiveness and change management. Focus on delivering strategic guidance across multiple jurisdictions, handling complex employee relations cases, and ensuring compliance with local labour laws.

Location: Based out of London operations in St Paul’s, London (Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United Kingdom). Some travel to Singapore and other locations required.

What you will do

  • Provide strategic HR guidance and hands-on leadership for international employee matters across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational goals, and change initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations, including complex cases, acting as escalation point and partnering with legal.
  • Lead and develop an international HR team, ensuring consistent standards.
  • Oversight on compensation, benefits, payroll, talent acquisition, and immigration compliance.
  • Support succession planning, organizational design, and talent development internationally.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years relevant HR partnering experience including change management and employee relations
  • Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United Kingdom

Nice to have

  • Experience managing HR teams across regions.
  • Background in employment law or relations.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to navigate legal/cultural differences.
