What you will do

• Build and run the global learning and capability practice from the ground up, defining strategy and infrastructure.
• Define future role architectures and create detailed briefing packs for evolving and newly emerging roles.
• Design and deliver a flagship, organization-wide AI adoption learning program.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of the SANA LMS.
• Redesign capability frameworks and career pathways to reflect the shift toward AI-augmented advisory roles.
• Champion cultural change by addressing AI-related anxiety and empowering employees across all levels.

Requirements

• 7+ years in L&D, enablement, or organizational capability development, owning both strategy and delivery.
• Experience designing capability frameworks, role architectures, or career pathways.
• Hands-on LMS ownership, including implementation, governance, and analytics.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and active use of AI tools in daily professional work.
• Strong writing and synthesis skills to translate complex change into clear narratives.
• Ability to balance strategic roadmap ownership with tactical execution of learning modules.

Nice to have

• Background in software, SaaS, or technology businesses.
• Direct experience with the SANA LMS platform.
• Change management or organizational development background.
• Experience working within global or matrixed organizations.
• Familiarity with agentic AI concepts and human-AI collaboration models.
