TL;DR

Organizational Development & Effectiveness Lead (HR/OD): Localizing global leadership and talent frameworks for the Colombian market with an accent on cultural adaptation and manager coaching. Focus on designing culturally informed tools, delivering training workshops, and advancing talent analytics capabilities.

Location: Remote within Colombia; ideally based in Bogotá due to requirements for meaningful in-person presence.

What you will do

  • Localize hirify.global's coaching model, Edge Leadership framework, and talent philosophy for the Colombian cultural context.
  • Design and deliver workshops and cohort experiences focused on feedback, coaching, and performance conversations.
  • Lead talent analytics efforts by building dashboards and translating engagement signals into actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with global OD&E and Talent leadership to align local programming with global strategy.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate program development and iterate on learning assets.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Colombia.
  • Native or near-native Spanish fluency.
  • Deep expertise in OD&E (L&D, coaching, org effectiveness) and a background in I/O psychology or talent analytics.
  • Proven ability to coach managers and leaders through real-world performance moments.
  • Experience localizing talent frameworks in new cultural contexts.
  • Comfort operating with high autonomy while remaining aligned with senior global partners.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Lattice, Articulate Rise, SPSS, or R.
  • Curiosity and experimentation with AI in talent development.
