What you will do

• Lead and expand PeopleOps ownership, evolving into the Head of TalentOps role.
• Build and maintain a high-energy remote culture through rituals, engagement programs, and team identity initiatives.
• Design and implement career paths, professional development plans (PDPs), and growth frameworks.
• Manage global recruiting for technical and product roles, utilizing direct outreach and community sourcing.
• Automate repetitive PeopleOps processes, such as sourcing, screening, and onboarding, using AI tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR or PeopleOps within the IT industry or tech startups.
• Proven track record of supporting distributed or remote-first teams.
• Strong recruitment experience for technical and product-focused roles.
• AI-native mindset with active use of tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
• Entrepreneurial approach to building processes and organizational structures.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spanish.
• Background combining startup and IT services exposure.
• Hands-on familiarity with tools such as ClaudeCode and Claude CoWork.
