What you will do

• Lead negotiation and drafting of customer MSAs, SOWs, order forms, renewals, and DPAs.
• Improve the existing contracts playbook by identifying gaps and clarifying fallback positions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Security, Finance, and Procurement to balance risk with deal velocity.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to members of the contracts and legal staff.
• Partner with outside counsel to shape the future operating model of the legal function.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience focused on commercial contracts in B2B SaaS, ideally within cybersecurity.
• JD and active license required.
• Must be authorized to work and reside in the United States.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to create or improve templates and playbooks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high standard of professionalism.
