What you will do

• Own discipline-specific telecom/ICT design outputs: layouts, drawings, specifications, calculations, and coordinated Revit models.
• Lead small projects and support larger ones under mentorship, applying engineering judgment to resolve issues and validate assumptions.
• Participate in client meetings, programming, coordination discussions, and construction support to maintain alignment with stakeholders.
• Contribute to pursuits with discipline inputs, fee assumptions, and proposal coordination.
• Improve team processes by updating documentation, identifying workflow gaps, and sharing lessons learned via GitHub and tools like Asana.
• Manage workload across multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, communicating risks, and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work remotely from Singapore with occasional site visits.
• BS in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in AEC industry with strong Revit proficiency, coordinated modeling, and construction documentation.
• Experience in technology systems design (Telecom/ICT, Structured Cabling, Low Voltage) preferred.
• Advanced Revit skills; familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Asana, GitHub.
• Strong organizational, communication, and technical skills for managing projects and coordination.

Nice to have

• Experience leading BIM coordination (clash detection, model review).
• Industry certifications: EIT, CDT, RCDD (Telecom), PE.
