What you will do

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for software engineers, engineering managers, product managers, and product designers.
• Source and close senior technical talent across backend, frontend, mobile, ML/AI, platform, and infrastructure engineering.
• Manage candidates through multi-stage technical loops, including system design, coding assessments, and executive panels.
• Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor to calibrate searches and deliver data-driven pipeline reviews.
• Track and optimize pipeline metrics including sourcing response rates, conversion rates, and time-to-fill.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• 3+ years focused on software engineering roles at high-growth SaaS or infrastructure companies.
• Demonstrated track record of closing senior and staff-level engineers in SF, Toronto, and Montreal markets.
• Deep sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and direct outreach.
• Experience running structured interview processes with calibrated scorecards and debrief standards.
• Proficiency with modern ATS platforms (Ashby strongly preferred).
