What you will do

• Manage full-lifecycle recruitment for global senior roles across non-engineering teams, including Sales, Finance, Marketing, Design, Legal, and Government Affairs.
• Partner with hiring managers and organizational leaders to develop and influence effective recruiting strategies.
• Manage and maintain recruiting funnels within Ashby with high diligence.
• Proactively source and attract top-tier senior talent globally.
• Initiate and lead talent projects to optimize recruitment efficiencies and processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at high-growth technology companies.
• Proven track record of delivering top talent for Enterprise Sales, Sales Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Design, Legal, and Government Affairs.
• Experience managing a high-volume senior-level desk in a hyper-growth scale-up environment.
• Strong ability to act as a consultative partner to leadership teams.
• Capacity to excel in rapidly evolving and ambiguous environments.
