What you will do

• Define and drive the TA roadmap in alignment with business goals and the CHRO.
• Lead complex executive searches for C-suite, VPs, and senior leadership (L4+).
• Scale and optimize recruitment processes, implementing unified scorecards, SLAs, and AI tools.
• Act as a strategic business partner to top management to align hiring with real-time needs.
• Establish real-time TA dashboards and ExCo-grade reporting pipelines.
• Manage and coach the TA team and oversee RPO partner governance.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Talent Acquisition, including at least 4 years of team management.
• Proven track record of leading TA organizational transformations.
• Experience in executive headhunting and working directly with C-suite leadership.
• Deep knowledge of the RPO model, including selection and governance.
• Fully bilingual in French and English.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in KPI tracking and dashboards.
