Head of Talent Acquisition (SaaS): Leading and coaching a team of 8-10 recruiters to drive high-quality hiring across a multi-brand European tech ecosystem with an accent on operational delivery and stakeholder management. Focus on scaling TA processes, managing a distributed team, and aligning recruiting efforts across diverse business divisions.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a distributed team of 8-10 Talent Acquisition Business Partners across multiple time zones.
• Manage a personal requisition load while maintaining team performance and SLA adherence.
• Build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders and Divisional HR Directors across 60+ brands.
• Standardize TA methodologies, frameworks, and best practices within the HR Centre of Excellence.
• Optimize the ATS (TeamTailor) and utilize data to track and report on key TA metrics.

Requirements

• Proven in-house recruiting experience in high-volume, multi-country environments.
• Experience leading and mentoring TA teams in a remote or distributed setting.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience with structured interviewing and assessment design.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships in a matrixed organization.
• Must possess existing eligibility to work in the country of application; no sponsorship or relocation packages are provided.
