What you will do

• Lead BIM execution by ensuring models and drawing sets are coordinated, constructible, and aligned with standards.
• Translate engineer markups and design intent into clear, buildable documentation while resolving modeling conflicts.
• Run clash detection, maintain model health, and make modeling decisions to keep projects on schedule.
• Mentor Designers through coaching on Revit best practices, documentation, and hirify.global standards.
• Contribute to BIM workflows by refining tools, templates, libraries, and submitting Pull Requests on GitHub.
• Support cross-discipline coordination and participate in meetings to document decisions and risks.

Requirements

• 4+ years in AEC industry with strong Revit proficiency in coordinated modeling and BIM execution.
• Associate Degree or Technical Certificate in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced Revit skills; familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Asana, GitHub.
• Strong organizational, communication, and cross-discipline coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work with minimal oversight.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with technology systems (telecom/ICT, AV, security, acoustics).
• Industry certifications: Autodesk Certified Professional, CDT, CTS, RCDD, PSP/CPP.
