Location: Belgrade, Cluj-Napoca, Krakow, Larnaca, Lodz, Lublin, Riga, Sofia, Varna, Warsaw, Wroclaw, or Remote in Bulgaria or Poland

What you will do

  • Act as a technical consultant and product expert for digital commerce practices.
  • Design tailored eCommerce solutions and lead discovery workshops and RFP/RFI responses for enterprise clients.
  • Deliver technical presentations and solution demonstrations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Prepare high-level solution documentation, cost estimates, and technical inputs for proposals.
  • Coordinate between pre-sales and implementation teams to ensure alignment through to go-live.
  • Stay informed on eCommerce technology trends and platform roadmaps to recommend best-in-class solutions.

Requirements

  • Professional experience as a Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant in B2B/B2C eCommerce.
  • Hands-on experience designing solutions using Shopify, BigCommerce, OroCommerce, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to design modern eCommerce architectures, including cloud-based, modular, MACH, and composable approaches.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Understanding of system integrations involving ERP, CRM, and PIM solutions using REST or SOAP APIs.
  • Fluent verbal and written English skills suitable for customer-facing work.

Nice to have

  • Relevant eCommerce or platform certifications.
  • Experience with OroCommerce or PHP development.
  • Knowledge of B2B commerce features such as corporate accounts and complex pricing workflows.
  • Familiarity with OMS, PIM platforms, iPaaS solutions, and eCommerce analytics tools.
