Compensation: $197,000-$236,000 base salary (New York City).

What you will do

• Own the strategic Meta relationship across all platforms and product surfaces.
• Build relationships from working-level to senior stakeholders in Partnerships, GTM, Product, and Creator.
• Develop multi-year partnership framework: joint roadmaps, co-investment, co-marketing, shared metrics.
• Negotiate commercial terms for incentive programs and manage partner economics.
• Identify product opportunities in Meta's ecosystem and coordinate cross-functionally for delivery.
• Monitor platform changes, policies, and competition to manage risks and opportunities.

Requirements

• 7+ years in strategic partnerships or business development with direct Meta/Facebook experience.
• Deep understanding of Meta's organization, ecosystem, and decision-making.
• Track record managing complex multi-stakeholder relationships at executive and operational levels.
• Strong commercial acumen: structuring deals, negotiating co-investment.
• Familiarity with creator economy, social commerce, messaging, or marketing automation.
• Excellent communication for C-level presentations; willingness to travel.
