Location: Hybrid - San Francisco area, California (must be in-office 2 days/week in Larkspur)
Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 OTE per year

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of 9 inbound sales professionals.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities.
- Optimize lead qualification and conversion rates using sales tools and technologies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align inbound sales strategies with campaigns.
- Set performance metrics, monitor activities, and provide regular pipeline reporting.
- Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of SaaS sales or sales development experience in a management or team lead role.
- Proficiency with a tech stack including SFDC, Salesloft, Chilipiper, and Gong.io.
- Experience prospecting into the SMB market for both inbound and outbound leads.
- Proven ability to mentor, coach, and gain buy-in from a sales team to achieve organizational goals.
- Deep knowledge of solution-selling methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
