TL;DR

Salary: $200,000 - $600,000 a year

What you will do

  • Develop a sales pipeline and lead business development activities within the Healthcare vertical.
  • Act as the primary external representative to position hirify.global as a trusted technology partner for clients.
  • Develop and execute annual client relations and sales plans in collaboration with global leadership.
  • Gather market intelligence and identify key decision-makers among owners, architects, and engineers.
  • Expand existing accounts by identifying new service opportunities and sourcing referrals.
  • Represent the firm at industry events and maintain a professional online presence via LinkedIn.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or Engineering.
  • 15+ years of experience in a sales role with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
  • Established network and experience within the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry.
  • Deep understanding of technology services (ICT, AV, Security, Networking) and the healthcare market.
  • Ability to travel 30-40% for client meetings and industry engagements.
