What you will do

  • Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities via outbound sales, networking, and industry events.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of market-leading Debt Services solutions to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close new contracts with potential deal values exceeding £1m.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting in collaboration with GTM teams.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and trusted partner by evaluating market challenges and trends.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.
  • Strong B2B sales experience in the software or data sector, preferably within financial services.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Demonstrable experience in networking and sales pipelining.
  • Exceptional communication skills for relationship building and professional presentations.

Nice to have

  • Experience working within the Collections & Recoveries industry.
  • Existing deep knowledge of the Collections and Recoveries sector.
  • Familiarity with hirify.global Debt Services products and propositions.
