What you will do

• Drive revenue growth and manage client relationships within a designated named account environment.
• Identify and execute new business development, account retention, and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts and advance pipelines to ensure the delivery of solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align hirify.global's data assets with client needs.
• Analyze market potential and develop tactics to establish new revenue streams.
• Report directly to the Sr Director of Middle Market Sales.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional sales experience.
• Proven experience selling specifically to the financial services sector.
• BS/BA in business or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience in both cold calling and managing an existing book of business.
• Ability to prioritize sales opportunities and manage time effectively.
• Must be based in the United States.
