What you will do

• Translate complex healthcare information into engaging visuals for marketing assets, email templates, sales collateral, presentations, and multi-channel campaigns
• Maintain visual identity and support design needs across Sales, Clinical, Operations, and member engagement programs
• Create 2D animations and motion graphics for mobile/web onboarding, micro-interactions, social content, and presentations using After Effects, Rive, Lottie
• Produce performant assets for React Native app and web platform, collaborating with Engineering and Product
• Export developer-ready files in multiple formats (Lottie/JSON, SVG, etc.) with documentation and build scalable design systems/templates

Requirements

• Reside in the United States, Eastern or Central time zone
• 3–5+ years professional graphic and/or motion design experience with strong portfolio
• Understanding of visual hierarchy and information processing across formats (mobile, web, print)
• Hands-on Lottie animations experience (After Effects + Bodymovin or Rive) for mobile/web
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign, Figma
• Working knowledge of Blender; strong digital illustration skills (icons, UI elements, characters)
• Experience with marketing collateral across print/digital/email; ability to manage projects and collaborate cross-functionally

Nice to have

• Experience with Remotion or code-driven animation
• Familiarity with Spine for 2D skeletal animation
• Experience with Iterable, HubSpot or marketing automation
• Background in healthcare, health insurance or benefits
• Experience at growth-stage or startup company
