Salary: $116,000 - $174,000 USD Annual

What you will do
- Lead conceptualization and execution of motion design for campaigns, product launches, and corporate communications.
- Establish and maintain a consistent motion design language across global touchpoints and markets.
- Create high-quality 2D and 3D animations, motion graphics, and video enhancements.
- Advise and guide CG workflows, including animation, VFX, and rendering pipelines.
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, Producers, and Product teams to deliver integrated campaign assets.
- Research and introduce new tools and techniques in 3D, AR/VR, and immersive media to elevate creative output.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Motion Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of professional motion design experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere) and proficiency in 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya).
- Proven track record of delivering world-class motion design for global brands.
- Experience managing and mentoring creative teams.
- Online portfolio is required for this position.
