What you will do

• Design compelling visuals for web, mobile, and social media that align with brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Develop creative concepts from ideation to production-ready delivery with minimal supervision.
• Ensure visual consistency and cohesive user experience across all communication channels.
• Apply accessible and inclusive design principles for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to support campaigns and initiatives.
• Produce assets and coordinate with developers for smooth implementation; stay updated on design trends and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic or digital design (UI/UX, visual design).
• Strong portfolio showing creativity, user-centered design, and business problem-solving through design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects), and prototyping tools like Sketch or InVision.
• Skilled in branding, illustration, iconography, layout design, and animation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain designs to non-design stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in agile or fast-paced environments.
• Motion design, animation, or video editing experience.
