What you will do

• Design and produce high-quality print, digital, and PowerPoint materials for payer marketing, value tools, launch materials, and campaigns.
• Translate complex scientific, economic, and access narratives into clear visual storytelling.
• Apply Market Access knowledge to creative decisions, concept development, and iterative refinements based on strategic feedback.
• Propose innovative approaches, layouts, or visual systems to enhance clarity and impact.
• Collaborate with Account, Medical, Strategy, and Project Management teams, incorporating medical/legal/regulatory feedback.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through production with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or agency environment.
• Prior experience supporting Market Access, Managed Markets, or payer-focused work preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong PowerPoint design expertise; Figma/XD skills.
• Working knowledge of print and digital production processes.
