What you will do

• Partner directly with ECD on ideation, concepting, creative strategy, and pushing brand into cultural moments and campaigns
• Lead team of four designers (two Art Directors for brand/social, two specialists) through craft, coaching, and actionable feedback
• Execute across mediums: design campaign assets, animate TV/social/motion systems, build 3D assets, concept/write scripts and taglines
• Stay tapped into sports, culture, internet trends; contribute to performance creative strategy with marketing teams
• Experiment with new tools, formats, technologies; drive trends in workflow

Requirements

• 8–12+ years creative execution in high-performance in-house/agency; experience managing/mentoring creative talent
• Portfolio showing range: campaigns, visual design, motion, 3D
• Expert in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects; Blender proficiency strongly preferred
• Fluency in performance creative for paid social; deep sports/culture knowledge (NBA, NFL+)
• Experience in sports, gaming, entertainment/culture; multi-disciplinary maker who leads by doing
• Based in U.S.; authorized to work in U.S. (no sponsorship)
