What you will do

• Design and produce high-quality print, digital, and PowerPoint materials for payer marketing, value tools, launch materials, and campaigns
• Translate complex scientific, economic, and access narratives into clear, engaging visual storytelling
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across all deliverables
• Participate in concept development, propose innovative visual approaches, and refine based on strategic feedback
• Partner with Account, Medical, Strategy, and Project Management teams while incorporating medical/legal/regulatory input
• Manage multiple projects from concept through production with ownership and minimal supervision

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• 3-5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or agency environment
• Prior experience supporting Market Access, Managed Markets, or payer-focused work preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Strong PowerPoint design expertise
• Figma/XD skills and working knowledge of print/digital production processes
