What you will do

• Lead creative production for digital ads, social media, motion graphics, video, web, and print.
• Design high-performing assets for Meta, Google, YouTube, and acquisition channels.
• Produce short-form videos and motion graphics for campaigns and promotions.
• Support website with layouts, visual hierarchy, landing pages, and A/B testing.
• Develop brochures, flyers, and print collateral aligned with brand standards.
• Create scalable social media templates for local teams.
• Partner with teams to translate goals into visual campaigns and manage projects.

Requirements

• 4+ years hands-on design experience in marketing, agency, or production
• Strong portfolio in performance ads, motion graphics, video, print, and web design
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Video editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent
• Web design knowledge: layout, UX principles, visual hierarchy, conversion testing
• Print production for brochures, flyers, marketing materials
• Operate independently managing high-volume output
• Familiarity with AI creative tools
• Excellent collaboration, communication, organization, time management
• Bachelor’s in Design or related preferred
