TL;DR
Growth Account Executive (MedTech SaaS): Developing new sales opportunities through outbound cold emails, calls, and lead follow-ups with an accent on consultative selling to VPs and decision makers in the Medical Device Industry. Focus on communicating customer needs, demonstrating products, upselling services, and maintaining prospect databases.
Boston or Remote (You must have an eligible work permit in the USA to be considered). Expect ~50% travel for business reviews, events, and customer visits.

What you will do
- Develop new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls, and lead follow-ups.
- Communicate with customers to understand needs, identify opportunities, answer questions, and resolve concerns via calls and emails.
- Explain and demonstrate product functions and features.
- Maintain and improve prospect database while researching new leads.
- Keep up to date with product info and competitor offers.
- Upsell products and services.
Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in lead generation or inside sales
- Eligible work permit in the USA
- Excellent customer service, verbal communication, and active listening skills
- Experience with telephones, handling multiple calls/emails daily
- Patience, time management, prioritization, numeracy for sales calculations
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Expect ~50% travel (quarterly reviews, events, onsite customer visits)
