What you will do

  • Execute sales activities in assigned territory to meet business objectives through prospecting and cold outreach via in-person, email, and phone.
  • Develop and enhance relationships with physician offices, specialty practices, and health systems across various communication channels.
  • Manage daily time, logistics, travel, presentations, and constant follow-up for effective sales communication.
  • Record all activities, prospects, and paperwork in Salesforce.com daily.
  • Monitor customer needs, competitive landscape, and collaborate with team on goals and achievements.
  • Attend trade shows, sales meetings, and staff booths to promote hirify.global programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional sales experience
  • 1+ years of sales experience with proven goal achievement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Entrepreneurial work ethic, persuasive communication, self-starter mindset
  • Highly organized, goal-oriented, resourceful, with strong verbal/written skills
  • Professional demeanor for interactions with doctors and medical professionals

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into provider medical practices
  • Experience using Salesforce.com
