What you will do

  • Develop and execute cross-sell strategies to drive revenue expansion from existing clients.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within the hirify.global customer base and conduct outreach.
  • Partner with Tech Touch account managers for handoffs on customers interested in new products.
  • Track and action internal referrals for customers ready to purchase additional products.
  • Serve as trusted advisor for subscription expansions and assist with contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to uncover opportunities and provide feedback to improve cross-sell efficiency.

Requirements

  • United States based (geo-zone pay system applies).
  • At least 1 year in sales-related customer-facing role.
  • At least 4 years of relevant customer service experience.
  • Proven track record as successful Account Executive with prospecting, demoing, and closing experience.
  • Comfortable using sales technologies (SFDC, Outreach, Gong).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Nice to have

  • Domain experience in healthcare technology.
