What you will do
- Develop and execute cross-sell strategies to drive revenue expansion from existing clients.
- Identify expansion opportunities within the customer base and conduct outreach.
- Partner with Tech Touch account managers for handoffs on customers interested in new products.
- Track and action internal referrals for customers ready to purchase additional products.
- Serve as trusted advisor for subscription expansions and assist with contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to uncover opportunities and provide feedback to improve cross-sell efficiency.
Requirements
- United States based (geo-zone pay system applies).
- At least 1 year in sales-related customer-facing role.
- At least 4 years of relevant customer service experience.
- Proven track record as successful Account Executive with prospecting, demoing, and closing experience.
- Comfortable using sales technologies (SFDC, Outreach, Gong).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
