Base Salary: $88,300–$164,000

• Design, build, and maintain robust backend systems and APIs deployed in AWS.
• Develop scalable, high-performance solutions following modern design principles.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and implement clean, reusable services.
• Ensure stability, performance, and scalability of core platform services.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Mentor peers and use AI-based tools for high-quality AdTech products.

Requirements

• 6+ years in backend software engineering for enterprise-grade applications.
• 4+ years developing scalable microservices with high availability.
• 4+ years designing cloud-native architectures and infrastructure as code.
• 4+ years hands-on with relational databases and optimized SQL queries.
• 2+ years frontend development with JavaScript, TypeScript, React or Angular.
• Advanced proficiency in Python 3 (coding assessment required).

Nice to have

• Experience with observability tools like New Relic and Sentry.
• Elasticsearch or similar search technologies.
• Containerization with Docker, ECS, Kubernetes.
• Cloud security concepts: OAuth2, JWT, encryption.
