Location: Remote, US. Travel Requirements: 4-5 weeks per year.
Base Salary: $88,300–$164,000

What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain robust backend systems and APIs deployed in AWS.
- Develop scalable, high-performance solutions following modern design principles.
- Contribute to architecture discussions and implement clean, reusable services.
- Ensure stability, performance, and scalability of core platform services.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Mentor peers and use AI-based tools for high-quality AdTech products.
Requirements
- 6+ years in backend software engineering for enterprise-grade applications.
- 4+ years developing scalable microservices with high availability.
- 4+ years designing cloud-native architectures and infrastructure as code.
- 4+ years hands-on with relational databases and optimized SQL queries.
- 2+ years frontend development with JavaScript, TypeScript, React or Angular.
- Advanced proficiency in Python 3 (coding assessment required).
Nice to have
- Experience with observability tools like New Relic and Sentry.
- Elasticsearch or similar search technologies.
- Containerization with Docker, ECS, Kubernetes.
- Cloud security concepts: OAuth2, JWT, encryption.
- Digital advertising ecosystems: Google Ad Manager, Kevel.
- Healthcare compliance: HIPAA, PHI.
