Salary: 121,264 - 151,580 CAD per year

What you will do

• Build backend systems to process and transform raw observability data into customer-facing insights.
• Develop features for Portfolio Insights, OpenTelemetry exploration, and product analytics.
• Integrate with platforms like New Relic, Grafana, and Cloudflare to surface actionable metrics.
• Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional teams to define and deliver user-focused features.
• Balance system performance, cost efficiency, and rapid delivery in a production environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years building production services and features
• Strong Go experience (or similar systems language with willingness to learn Go)
• Comfortable with React, TypeScript, GraphQL
• Experience with BigQuery/SQL, Python for data work
• Experience with observability platforms (New Relic, Grafana, Datadog)
• Visa sponsorship not available
• RESTful APIs, distributed systems, NRQL/PromQL, GCP, Terraform, Kubernetes
