What you will do

• Project manage campaign delivery operations: budgets, timelines, creator sourcing, contracting, briefing, and management
• Manage, develop, and mentor at least one Campaign Executive with career pathing and goal setting
• Lead or participate in internal and external meetings, providing expertise on brand, creators, strategy, and KPIs

Requirements

• 4+ years agency or brand experience, including team management
• Strong detail-oriented communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of social media advertising ecosystem and appetite for industry innovations
• Appreciation for creativity and ability to thrive in collaborative, flexible, scrappy environments
• Curious self-starter with problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
