What you will do

  • Develop customer lifecycle marketing strategy aligned to retention, expansion, and utilization goals in partnership with Customer Success.
  • Design segmented engagement journeys across onboarding, adoption, value realization, and advocacy stages.
  • Lead strategic customer communications including newsletters, product updates, and educational content using marketing automation and CRM.
  • Drive product utilization through benefit-driven messaging, training assets, and campaign reinforcement.
  • Build customer advocacy program with testimonials, case studies, and community initiatives like LinkedIn groups.
  • Provide sales enablement materials and track metrics on utilization, retention, and revenue impact.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, product marketing, or retention marketing (healthcare or B2B preferred)
  • Proven experience developing lifecycle strategies driving retention and growth
  • Experience building customer advocacy programs
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration, executive presence, and strategic execution skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
