TL;DR
Customer Success Manager (Southeast): Managing a portfolio of golf course accounts to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and adoption of GolfNow products and services with an accent on relationship management and revenue growth. Focus on consulting on offers, driving product usage, implementing strategic initiatives, and conducting performance reviews.
Location: Hybrid in Orlando, FL or within assigned Southeast market; must be willing to work in Orlando, FL or assigned market, minimum three days per week in office. Some travel required.

What you will do
- Manage all aspects of relationships for assigned accounts to maximize satisfaction and product usage across GolfNow's suite.
- Consult and close golf courses on products like Platform, Plus, Answers, Technology, Premium Marketing, and ClubBuy.
- Develop relationships promoting retention and alignment with client goals.
- Implement initiatives to expand offerings and support daily business operations.
- Conduct frequent client reviews, product consultations, and demonstrations.
- Review distribution channels and recommend pricing/yield strategies to increase revenue.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized with attention to detail
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Willingness to travel, work overtime/weekends with short notice, and hybrid office schedule (3+ days/week)
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business or related
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- E-Marketing, client management, sales development/strategy, or online distribution experience
- Self-motivated, team player, exceptional time management
