Location: Hybrid in Dallas, TX, US. Able to travel for client meetings.

What you will do
- Secure new business with prospects and existing clients in the Dallas territory.
- Own client relationships, drive sales cycles, manage escalations, and expand scope.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Build long-term relationships and develop growth strategies for financial gain and satisfaction.
- Promote products/services, close deals, and manage relationships with clients and partners.
- Participate in events and travel for meetings to generate leads.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Account Management/Business Development experience.
- Prior IT/IT Staffing or Solutions Sales experience.
- Experience building and managing an assigned region/territory.
- Hunter salesperson persona with growth mindset, networking, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree. Key traits: Enthusiastic, Driven, Confident, Money-Motivated.
