Account Manager (IT Staffing): Manage and grow the Dallas, TX market by securing new business and expanding existing premier accounts with an accent on developing relationships with key decision makers. Focus on driving the full sales cycle, conducting market research, and building long-term customer relationships.
Location: Hybrid in Dallas, TX, US. Able to travel for client meetings.

What you will do
- Secure new business with prospects and existing clients in the Dallas territory.
- Own client relationships, drive sales cycles, manage escalations, and expand scope.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Build long-term relationships and develop growth strategies for financial gain and satisfaction.
- Promote products/services, close deals, and manage relationships with clients and partners.
- Participate in events and travel for meetings to generate leads.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Account Management/Business Development experience.
- Prior IT/IT Staffing or Solutions Sales experience.
- Experience building and managing an assigned region/territory.
- Hunter salesperson persona with growth mindset, networking, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree. Key traits: Enthusiastic, Driven, Confident, Money-Motivated.
