What you will do

• Onboard high-value programs: provide sessions, manage timelines, remove blockers, ensure sales wins launch successfully.
• Manage portfolio of key customers: hold recurring meetings, handle requests, monitor account health.
• Drive expansion: retain spend, sign long-term agreements, uncover new programs.
• Handle feedback: analyze client requests, problem-solve, provide insights to product team.

Requirements

• 2+ years in Sales, Customer Success or Account Management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-directed: own outcomes without waiting for direction.
• Detail-oriented: track timelines, blockers, steps, terms.
• Analytical: connect requests to business impact and product improvements.
• Relationship builder: build trust through honesty and follow-through.
• Calm under pressure: handle escalations and tight timelines.
