What you will do
- Onboard high-value programs: provide sessions, manage timelines, remove blockers, ensure sales wins launch successfully.
- Manage portfolio of key customers: hold recurring meetings, handle requests, monitor account health.
- Drive expansion: retain spend, sign long-term agreements, uncover new programs.
- Handle feedback: analyze client requests, problem-solve, provide insights to product team.
Requirements
- 2+ years in Sales, Customer Success or Account Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-directed: own outcomes without waiting for direction.
- Detail-oriented: track timelines, blockers, steps, terms.
- Analytical: connect requests to business impact and product improvements.
- Relationship builder: build trust through honesty and follow-through.
- Calm under pressure: handle escalations and tight timelines.
