Salary: $101,000 – $115,000 base, with a maximum target OTE of up to $165,000

- Develop and maintain deep subject matter expertise across the entire product portfolio.
Requirements
- 5-6 years of professional experience as a Customer Success Manager.
- Valid US work authorization (no visa sponsorship available).
- Solid understanding of the digital marketing space and current industry trends.
- Proven track record in client-facing roles with strong relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into storytelling and high-quality presentations.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
