Salary: $173,215 - $210,000

What you will do
- Lead global payments and fraud prevention strategy, shaping product roadmaps and commercial decisions.
- Oversee payment and fraud costs with data strategies for actionable financial insights.
- Position payments and fraud as growth drivers through optimizations and strategic partnerships.
- Manage payment provider accounts, infrastructure understanding, and KPI optimization.
- Improve core metrics like authorization rates, fraud incidence, and chargeback recovery.
- Lead 24/7 global fraud team across North America, Europe, and APAC with consistent processes.
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Product, and Engineering for growth and execution.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in related field.
- 10+ years in Payments and/or Fraud Prevention leadership in high-scale environments; marketplace experience preferred.
- Deep expertise in global online payments, fraud, vendors, regulations, and payment lifecycle.
- Ability to lead across multiple time zones and geographies.
- Strong analytical skills for KPIs, analyses, and financial projections.
- People leadership for managing large, diverse global teams.
- Executive communication for strategies and stakeholder presentations.
