What you will do

• Provide strategic direction for patient support programs that align with company mission and values.
• Oversee key functions including promotional review submissions, conferences, exhibits, and asset management.
• Lead first-line managers responsible for patient access liaison, operations, and vendor management.
• Direct payer access strategies, contracting, and pricing committee activities in collaboration with finance.
• Manage strategic relationships with external vendors in Specialty Distribution, Specialty Pharmacy, and HUB services.
• Develop and track KPIs to assess and improve commercial operations effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees are strongly preferred.
• 10–12 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals, specifically in patient services.
• Proven success in executing patient support and payer access strategies in rare disease or specialty markets.
• Track record of executive-level vendor oversight and external partner management.
• Must have authority to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform domestic travel of approximately 50%.
